Why tanker exteriors need regular washing
Residue around valves, hose connections, and rear heads can hide leaks and corrosion that need attention. When those areas are clean, drivers and mechanics can spot problems during inspections instead of after something fails. Regular washing also protects polished aluminum and painted tanks from the harsh buildup that comes with oilfield and liquid waste work. A clean tanker is easier to inspect, lasts longer, and makes a better impression on the customers and sites you serve.
What we clean
Vacuum trucks, septic trucks, saltwater and wastewater tankers, grease trucks, and fuel and water tankers. We wash the tractor, the tank barrel, the rear head, valves, hose trays, fenders, and wheels. Our before-and-after photos show the difference on polished and painted tanks alike. This is an exterior wash; we don't do internal tank cleaning.
Who it's for
Oilfield service companies, saltwater disposal haulers, septic and portable-toilet operators, grease trap services, and liquid waste haulers. Many run older rigs where a clean exterior makes inspections easier and keeps equipment in service longer.
How the process works
We arrive with a self-contained wash rig. We pre-soak heavy buildup around the rear end and valves, wash with bio-friendly cleaners, and rinse the whole unit from top to bottom. Every drop of runoff goes into our wastewater reclamation system. For haulers working near disposal sites and regulated yards, that EPA-compliant approach matters.
Scheduling
Haulers work odd hours, and we're open 24/7 to match. We can wash between loads, overnight, or on weekends. Recurring weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly plans are available with volume pricing for fleets of 5+ trucks. We cover up to 100 miles from DFW, including Fort Worth and the Cleburne area.
