Geekin Truck Wash provides mobile fleet washing and related cleaning services for commercial trucks, trailers, and equipment throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas area. Specific services, pricing, and schedules are confirmed in your quote, invoice, or service agreement.

Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide, including vehicle type, quantity, condition, and location. Final pricing may change if actual conditions differ (for example, heavy buildup, oil, mud, or additional units). We will tell you about any price changes before performing additional work. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

You may reschedule or cancel a service by contacting us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Late cancellations or vehicles not available at the scheduled time may be subject to a trip charge. We may reschedule service due to weather, unsafe conditions, equipment issues, or circumstances beyond our control, and we will notify you as soon as possible.

You agree to:

• Provide safe, legal access to the vehicles and service location.
• Confirm that we have permission to perform washing services at the location, including any property owner or facility approval.
• Inform us of any existing damage, loose parts, leaks, or sensitive components before service.
• Make sure windows, doors, and compartments are closed and secured.

Payment is due according to the terms on your invoice or service agreement. Past-due balances may be subject to late fees to the extent allowed by Texas law. We may pause service on accounts with unpaid balances.

We take care with every vehicle. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, oxidation, faded or failing paint or decals, loose or deteriorated parts, or damage resulting from conditions not disclosed to us. Any concern about our work must be reported within 48 hours of service so we can inspect it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.

By contacting us through our Website, phone, text message, email, or Google Business Profile messaging, you agree that we may respond to you through the same or a related channel about your inquiry, quote, scheduling, or service.

Text messages: If you provide a mobile number, you consent to receive text messages from Geekin Truck Wash related to your inquiry and services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or messaging consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Please do not send sensitive personal information (such as payment card numbers or passwords) through chat or text messages.

You agree not to misuse the Website, including attempting to interfere with its operation, submitting false information, or using it for any unlawful purpose. All content on the Website, including our logo, name, photos, and text, belongs to Geekin Truck Wash LLC and may not be used without our permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Denton County, Texas.
